At the core of Allerman is the high-performance fabric, ‘Allergy X-Cover’. Woven with ultra-fine threads just 1/100 to 1/200 the thickness of a human hair, it minimizes pore size to block the penetration of dust mites and microscopic allergens.
Large pores allow flour particles to pass through, creating visible dust.
Ultra-fine pores prevent any flour from passing through, keeping dust at bay.
Our specially designed Allergy X-Cover keeps dust mites and microscopic allergens out. With ultra-fine pores averaging 5–10 μm or smaller, it prevents allergen intrusion and ensures a clean, comfortable sleep environment.

Super X-Cover, with enhanced durability achieved by increasing tear strength to the functions of Ultra X-Cover, is Allerman’s top-tier technology fabric.
Experiments were conducted after 30 frictions on each fabric under identical conditions (room temperature 24°C / relative humidity 43%).
